Philippine officers say a Saudi Arabian Airways aircraft from Jeddah made a misery name Tuesday shortly earlier than touchdown at Manila’s airport and was positioned in isolation after it touched down, however the flight crew later stated they made a mistake in sending the emergency message.

Manila airport supervisor Eddie Monreal stated authorities deployed safety forces across the plane as a precaution. Passengers have been later allowed to disembark.

He stated the captain informed the management tower button indicating a hijacking was in progress had been pushed accidently.

TV stations confirmed Flight SV872 parked close to a ramp with safety personnel standing close by whereas passengers descended from a staircase.
